ORDER AND
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The contractual relationship between you as a customer and the Pilar Alarcón online shop (private individual Aicha Pilar González Alarcón) comes into being through your order placed in the online shop and its electronic acceptance by us. By pressing the “BUY” button, you enter into a legally valid purchase contract and agree to accept these terms and conditions.

By purchasing you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):

• The jewelry may lose color or shine if it comes into constant contact with water.
• Each piece of jewelry is handmade and may have small imperfections and may vary slightly from the images.
• The jewelry cannot be exchanged.

DELIVERY

Delivery is only made to persons with legal capacity within Switzerland, the EU, Great Britain and the USA. It is our aim to serve you to your complete satisfaction, which is why we process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

All deliveries are sent as registered mail and must be received by the customer with a signature

We assume no liability for undeliverable or delayed delivery. In the event of an unjustified refusal to accept the goods delivered by us, we will charge the costs incurred by us. Any payments made for products that cannot be delivered will be refunded to you.

You purchase from our store knowing that your piece can take 3-6 weeks to be made before it is ready to ship.

PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The prices applicable at the time the contract is concluded are decisive for the individual order.

We offer you credit card, Paypal or Twint as payment methods. When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited immediately after the order is completed. You agree to the transmission of all invoices by email.

We cover the shipping costs for shipments to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Deliveries outside Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein are calculated as follows:

• Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands: CHF 25.00
• France, Italy, Sweden, Great Britain, Poland, Spain: CHF 35.00
• USA: CHF 35

Any customs duties and country-specific VAT are borne entirely by the buyer.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION / RIGHT OF RETURN

The jewelry is not prefabricated. The production is determined in advance by the customer's individual selection (precious metal and size). Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal after purchase.

CANCELLATION RIGHT

The Pilar Alarcón online shop grants you a three-day cancellation right. Cancellation must be reported in writing by email to info@pilaralarcon.com within three days of placing the order.

DEFECTS AND WARRANTY SERVICE

After receiving the goods, the customer must immediately check the goods for defects and quality. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period of time, but no later than within 5 working days, by email to info@pilaralarcon.com, otherwise all material warranties are void.

You receive a two-year guarantee on all pieces of jewelry. This does not apply to loss, damage, natural wear and tear or clearance items. Please keep the invoice receipt as it serves as proof of guarantee.

The copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos or other files on the website belong exclusively to the Pilar Alarcón online shop or the specifically mentioned rights holders.
